Dariusz Katulski
Chairman of the Board
Dariusz Bogumił Katulski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, as well as an MBA from the Jagiellonian College in Toruń in cooperation with the School of Business-National Luis University in Nowy Sącz. In addition, he also completed postgraduate studies at the Gdansk University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding, specialty Marine and Land-based Wind Energy.
A former local government official, he has been involved in the energy industry for 16 years. He gained professional experience in controlling, investment processes, among others, in the positions of development director, commercial director and managing director in the private sector of renewable energy. In 2016-2018, at Energa Group S.A., he served as President of the Management Board of Energetyka Kaliska-Usługi Techniczne Sp. z o.o. and Vice President of the Management Board of Energa Ochrona in Gdansk. Since 2019, he has served as President of the Management Board of InfoEngine S.A. within the WSE Group. The company has been providing operator services for over 20 years, currently for 50 domestic and 25 foreign clients making InfoEngine S.A. a leader in this field. The company has also launched a new business line offering sales of turnkey photovoltaic projects.

He is a recognized expert in numerical models supporting system services and energy flexibility, making him a leader in developing cutting-edge solutions for sustainable energy transition.

Dr. Eng. Krzysztof Napieraj is an experienced environmental economist and legal expert specializing in pro-ecological investment management and environmental impact assessments. With a Ph.D. from Moscow University and over thirty years of experience, he has served, among other positions, as Head of the Department of Sociology at the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz and as Director of the Department of International Cooperation at the National Fund for Environmental Protection. Dr. Napieraj has led numerous environmental projects in Poland and the EU, including working on EU-funded initiatives and overseeing sustainable development projects. His experience includes economic and legal management of environmental projects, and his portfolio includes some 150 environmental impact reports.
